Pledge Period Thanks
Well, with the induction of five new members to Alpha Tau, we come to the close of our 2006-07 Pledge Period. As always, this time of the year was filled with great fun and memories; but it came on the shoulders of some hard working DKEs. This year represented a unique challenge as it was the first year in recent memory that Pledging had been run without the aid of a DKE House. None the less, the Active and Alumni of Alpha Tau succeeded and there are a few special members that deserve recognition.
From the Alumni:
- Andrew Synyshyn,
- and Steve Peers; for their help in Pledge Education.
- Ross Robinson,
- Tom Sidebottom,
- Orest Sedun,
- and John Hare; for donating venues during Pledging.
- Colin Morrison,
- and Rick Frost; for their hard work in ensuring a memorable Pledge Period.
Our esteemed guests from out of town:
- Cam McPhail of Phi Alpha,
- and Andy Bouchier of Delta Phi
From the Actives:
- Leo Narynskyyi,
- Steve Chamaa,
- and Mike Sorensen; for donating venues during Pledging.
- Leo Narynskyyi,
- Alain Fourcade,
- Steve Synyshyn,
- Adam Slater,
- Theo McPherson,
- and Mike Hildahl; for embodying everything that makes a good Neophyte class.
- Greg Taylor our President,
- and Dylan Webb our Vice President; for ensuring the Active chapter ran smoothly during Pledge.
- And last, but certainly not least,
- Steve Pratt for running one of the smoothest Pledge Periods in recent memory under difficult circumstances
